She has started a new venture that goes along perfectly with her coffee shop. She has purchased a coffee-roasting business from her previous coffee provider. The purchase consisted mostly of the roasting machine, which is now setup in her garage. By cutting out the middle-man, she expects to same hundreds of dollars per month!
